Why not asking your government returning power to archbishop, or asking the Anglo-Saxont returning America to native Indian.
Anglo-Saxont slaughtered Indian, destroyed their cultures, and colonized their land. On the other hand, China rules the Tibet region long before Colombo discovered America and the people in Tibet remain their religion and cultures after hundreds of years.
Free Tibet is just a "trendy thing" for you guy.
